Spa Essentials Calcium Hardness Increaser provides spa owners with an easy and effective way to increase their spa calcium hardness levels to problems that will affect the long-term life of their spas. Calcium Hardness Increaser raises and helps maintain the proper levels of calcium, which when imbalanced will cause corrosive damage to spa equipment, fixtures, and tub surfaces. This one-step treatment will make owning and enjoying a spa easier than ever.

1 tsp per 100 gallons will raise hardness by 8 ppm

Add this product directly to the spa water by scattering it over the water surface.
Do not predissolve this treatment as heat is generated when this product contacts water.
When measuring this product use level tablespoons (Tbsp) or level teaspoons (tsp). Do not use anything other than a level tablespoon or level teaspoon as this would cause an inaccurate measurement and could result in a calcium hardness level other than that desired.
The addition of 1 level tablespoon per 100 gallons of water will raise the calcium hardness 25 ppm.
The addition of 1 level teaspoon per 100 gallons will raise the calcium hardness level approximately 8 ppm.
