Applied Biochemists Pooltrine 60 is a concentrated, non-foaming polymer algaecide that will quickly eliminate all types of green algae in your pool. Its formula allows you to use your pool immediately after treatment, and will not clog your pool filter. It even allows you to safely swim immediately after usage! Best of all, Pooltrine 60 is made by Applied Biochemists, a leader in bio-based pool chemicals, allowing you to buy with confidence.

Routine Maintenance:

3 fl oz per 10,000 gallons of water per week.

Visible Algae Growth:

16 fl oz per 10,000 gallons of water.

Initial Clean Water Treatment:

9 fl oz per 10,000 gallons of water.

Pools containing heavy algae growth should be cleaned prior to using Pooltrine 60
24 Hours after treating visible algae growth, algae debris should be removed by standard cleaning procedures.
Dilute Pooltrine 60 with at least nine parts of water before applying. Pour required amount of pooltrine 60 into a plastic watering can and fill with water. Maintaining constant pool circulation, sprinkle solution around edge of pool.

Frequent comments on my clean, algae free pool

In my experience, the combination of maintanence chlorine level, weekly shock, and weekly Pooltrine has kept my pool sparkling and free of algae for years. I hate algae. I love Pooltrine.
